Good, but has 2 important flaws
January 8, 2015
This is a good basic pot. It's fairly light and thin, and there's plenty of room for the leaves to expand.
But it has two important flaws. The first flaw, is that the tea always spills in the front when you start pouring it, regardless of whether you start pouring it quickly or slowly. The end of the spout needs to be fluted more, with the bottom lip curved downward more.
The other flaw is that the cover often falls of when you tip it a lot to pour the tea (like when you pour the last cup.) There is no tab at the bottom of one side of the cap to keep it on the pot.
If you don't mind those two flaws, then this is a great pot.
