Tax There is no sales tax on tea. For all teaware items shipped to the State of California, the tax rate is 8.625%.
Return Policy We want you to be completely happy with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or send a replacement order. Please send us an email (enjoyingtea@yahoo.com) regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This might prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties.

• All merchandise must be in its original package and securely wrapped.
• All returns must be shipped prepaid.
• Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
• Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow another 1 week for the refund to be processed.
