I am new to loose leaf tea, this package was dilivered to me no more that a half an hour ago, I am already using it and I LOVE IT. The strainer holds more tea than expected which is good bc Iike my tea strong. Not as big as I thought it was going to be but it holds plenty . Also when I ordered this I noticed that I didn't receive a comforation email. I gave it some time but the next day it still wasnt there, I emailed them as soon as I could requesting this information, mind you this probably 10 o'clock at night. I had an answer the next morning with the link to track my package and a friendly email. Being in customer service I was very impressed at how quick they responded. ALL IN ALL I think this is a great product especially if your new to this like me, the price is VERY REASONABLE and so far the customer service is excellent. :)
