Packaging

I have been purchasing this tea for over 5 years and I am most disappointed with the packaging of the tea bags. The tea bags are torn and the tea spills all over my counter. In order to use the tea I have to put the tea in an infuser. I am very disappointed.

Smooth and pleasant

This is such a great tea. This is a smooth tea without a stitch of bitterness to it. It's very soothing.
